When you sign up, you get 60 free minutes of AI calls, with no credit card. You can test all features and decide whether to subscribe.

The assistant supports Italian, English (US/UK), German, French, and Spanish. The language is detected automatically or can be set by the caregiver.
Technical

No. Koecall.ai works through regular phone calls. The elderly person doesn't need to install anything — they simply receive a call on their regular phone number.

Yes. All data is stored in Europe (Azure), encrypted, and processed in compliance with GDPR. Transcripts are accessible only to the authorized caregiver.
Billing

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change is immediate and the remaining credit is calculated proportionally.

Payment is processed through Stripe, the leading secure payment platform. We accept credit/debit cards, SEPA, and other local payment methods.
